Two great crafts are required in the production and preparation of high quality meat products. That of the master butcher and that of the master chef. The Market Butchers whose traditional skills date back to the 1970's have worked with chef Derry Clarke to source and prepare products of optimum quality to ensure that you have the opportunity to enjoy the very finest cuisine in the comfort of your own home. We source our meats from the finest meat suppliers in the country including Connemara Hill lamb, genuine Hereford Beef from Kilkenny and freerange Red Tamworth Pig from Slane Co. Meath. All these hand picked producers only use the indigenous habitat to feed their animals thus enhancing taste and flavour.
